Up here at the south west coast of Norway (Stavanger) the winter have been stronger and longer than for several years but still the temp. on my island have not been below - 6. But there have been more nights with temp. below 0 than normal and also more snow.
The last two weeks the temp has been in day between 3-8 C and in the night between 3-5 C.
In other words, the spring is coming now at last :)
