Is Baches in France? Do this nursery sell by internet? Do you know the price on some 1-2 meters trees of the hardy citrus?
I would think, that the climate in the northern part of Germany is not so different from the climate in the warm part of Scandinavia so it should be possible to up here to grow citrus.
