...of course John. Many factors are as you say "in play" when we talk about plants. "Growing zones" only gives you a hint on what you can or can not grow... But you should never listen to "zone-believers". You have to go "out of the box" as we say. ;) And I believe that most of us on this forum is "out of the box- growers". :)

The "growing zones" we usually use in Sweden were "made" by growers of apple trees, if I remember it correctly. Perhaps you use the same kind on "growing zones"?

Tomorrow I will start some of my "out of the box-seeds". :)
