meilläkin on ollut tosi kylmää melkein koko tammukuun aikana (min. -22C), mutta nyt vihdoin tulee lämpimäksi.:) Minun eksoottiset kasvit olivat suojattu sen takia vahinkoa ei ollut niille.
We had very cold weather in the January, one night it was about -22C, but now warm atlantic air is coming. All my exotic plants were protected, so under the cover temps werren't smaller than +1.5C, usually +3-5C.

I have planted many very small plants that's why I have to protect them carefully. I also wanted to buy heat cable but it seems to me there's no need in it, house heats effectively enough. :)
Do you use some heating for your palms? How your plants survived in this severe winter?
